FAN (Faith, Activity , and Nutrtion) was created at the University of South Carolina as a way to help improve community health and fitness through the church. We will start with a word of prayer followed by a sit down exercise for those who are not able to enjoy the walking path on the church property, a game of FAN Jeopardy with rewards and prizes, and a food demonstration of healthy options for the holidays. We pray these fun activities get you moving and learning about how treating our bodies well helps us as we serve God
